Still Black and White Photos showing the growth of the human spirit, whatever that might mean for the individual who is "becoming" something more than they once were. We don't grow alone however, and certain elements in these pictures show the help of another. The process was done on my own for the most part, but just like in life, everything is easier with a companion. My process is just as important as the end product.

This came from my realization of my growth in thought, art, and just being human. I felt the need to make something, a small project that represented a process of going from one thing to another. Hands are something that are very "real" to me. They are so expressive, they alone can show any emotion. Why not use them to show the opening of my heart and my mind to the many different elements of my life and the world?
